Keep information input as low as possible

- attend to email only at a restricted hour (only 12:00 to 13:00)
- use phone as little as possible, avoid reading news and irrelevent readings and entertainment(on your phone)
- listening to music is no harm
- watching film is an ideal entertainment in this manner
- avoid watching long tv shows(especially soap opera)
2. interpretation
- you can attend to any of them, but not all of them, so the
important
ones first. - Quality beats Duration of work. It’s better to do 3 thing and do them well, than to deal with 9 tasks each distracted, tired and short-timed.
