Here is a list of Policys I use to keep my life productive, organized, enjoyable, and worth living:
1. Radical Development Policy

- When doing a thing, and find that it won’t last, or is not important to me

- meaning that the thing would have permanent effect, rather being forgotten in a minute, affecting the next minute in no meaningful way.

- stop doing it and meditate for 5 minute before proceeding meditation is to reduce common effect of not finishing an affair(like when researching on a software patch that I don’t really need), or addictive motif to do it(like when playing games)

- if a thing does not improve myself in a way that last, and important to me, don’t do it.
- contingency plan
- There is a risk of temporarily becoming unhappy
In time of that, consider the idea of:

2. Bedtime Policy

- After finishing an Affair, if time beyond 22:00

- Go sleep

- ensure that I sleep not too late than 22:00
