consistency of sleep duration make sleep quality better, and the effect would outweight the duration of sleep itself
implication: sleep booster don’t really work
after sleep 5 hour each day for a week, a 5 hour sleep would give you better wake up clarity of mind, than a sudden 8 hour “sleep booster”

1.3. legs elevated

getting your leg elevated, i.e. same hight as your hip, would start a process of clearing some stuff out of your system.
