local structure
A structure that is local to a specific context, with specific condition, situation, objective, and scope of consideration.
A local structure is usually small in length.
It is to the opposite of

global structure is structure that taken a substantial amount of contexts into consideration, and tries to act as a general architecture that ensure all objectives are managed and achived.
A global structure is usually large, complex, with scheduling mechnism and heavy mangement overhead.
It is generally not a good idea to have human executing it, in a whole(especially awful) or in parts(awful, but nicer than in a whole).
bootstrapping refers to the structure that part of the a system’s output is used in its startup(maybe arbitarily initialized)/update, i.e., something that looks like \(A(x,y) \gets 4+ 3A(x,y)\).
It is also used to describe incrementally dependency system, such as compiler of language X that is written with 90% X and 10% C.(X = elisp)
