Deliberately exposing part or whole of body to cold {air,water}.

Usually most conveinient as cold shower, while cold bath is slightly less convenient but said to be more efficient.

attributes:

not exhausting
it takes almost no effort/stamina to take cold exposure. you need to be doing a very long time of cold exposure to exhaust yourself
increase momentum
a long-lasting (4-5 hours) dramatic effect on momentum, and almost always induce the spinning state (never failed on me); notice it is still easily broken by staticity

There’s lots of way to enter spinning state from a more dormant state or increase your momentum when it’s getting lower.

  • exercise of any kind almost always works, as long as you don’t exhaust yourself.
  • cold exposure works marvellously; the start could be very uncomfortable, however could be mitigated by exercising before taking cold exposure; a good combo is exercise then immediately take cold shower
  • regular caffeine and hot water intake also works steadily
