1.1. why 30 minutes
the number is arbitary and 30 minutes is roughly when:
- I would get wired to reading too much that I just want to keep on reading without taking any notes or remembering anything
- I start to forget what happened at the start of it

so that
- I don’t need to
rememberthem -> more mental load to understand new stuff - I can
referto them quickly later -> retain knowledge

so that the state of having a clear mind and more knowledge at my finger tip is closer to me.
