strategy booster

as , when lack of passion happen(which may happen a lot without a successing streak), could use some lightweight strategy as one-time booster just to induce passion
and start the machine/streak.
1. a possible method
- find a strategy
- medium size
- “sleep at 10”, “drink lots of water”, “think of what’s gain”, “pomodoro”, “identify statement”… an heuristic is to try to state the strategy in 1 sentence.
- directly applicable
- should not need waiting. e.g: “sleep at 10” is good for 8pm, when you can just start prepare for sleep. it’s not good for 8am, as all you can do is set an alarm of 8pm, and to then there may be friction, you may be onto another thing and feel distracted.

- the various self-management literature
- atmoic habits, 4 hour workweek, GTD… they are full of little strategies
- make a cheatsheet of it and put it where you can see
- Apply the strategy to do the task
- keep track of its result
- it’s optional, but it give you feedback. feedback gives extra boost and data that you could use later.
