When you are bored and have nothing better to do for a few minutes, here is a list of small activities that keeps you occupied, while probably learning something
- speed reading
- use a Rlike spreeder, and just blast through some literature
- language
- use a software like duolingo, and just do some small lesson
2. Mini workout that you can practice when bored
For muscles and bones
- squat
- 50 reps * 3 times a day builds up your stamina
