Information and knowledge don’t fit in paradigm of consumption, thus, for people whose works primarily would comprise of organization and production of information and knowledge, It is a bad idea to just sell it.

As we still live in a system that depend a lot on the paradgim of consumption and things would just break if we just take it out entirely, whether as a collective of society or individual, there are some workaround on selling information.
